Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy

Not happy with your item? No problem. We’re confident we have alternatives you’ll prefer, but in the meantime follow this simple process to return your goods or receive refund

Please note: Once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Americanstore wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and how your order was handled.

Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused products within 15 days of invoice.
  • If your product is faulty or a damaged product during shipping, we will replace the product at no charge but you will need to return the product back to us OR you will receive a full refund of the product, any applicable delivery charges you paid and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us, provided you notify us within 3 days of receipt of the products you wish to return.

The following items can be refunded/ returned:

  • The product must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery to you.
  • The products must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect saleable condition. With the exception of shipping error or damaged items, original shipping charges are non-refundable. A refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase. Processing a refund can take up to 21 days from receipt of the returned products.
  • You should return the product at your own cost to the returns address. Ensure that the product arrives safely to us; we strongly recommend that you return the product to us by recorded post.
  • You will need to present the product together with your delivery paperwork as proof of purchase
  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the refund which will be deducted from your refund.

The following items cannot be refunded/ returned:

  • Any made-to-measure, custom-made, special order products or products supplied direct from the manufacturer (including furniture and equipment);
  • Any product which has a security seal which you have opened or unsealed;
  • Any product which, for hygiene purposes, cannot be returned which includes cosmetics, hairbrushes and combs, hair extensions and hair pieces, body jewellery, earrings or piercing tools, foot spas, scissors and blades and manicure/pedicure tools.
  • All sales are final on certain products, including, but not limited to opened or used items, all items in Clearance, and seasonal merchandise. For sterilization, contamination, and hygienic reasons, all sales are FINAL on acrylic products, gel products, powder gel products, chemical products, sterilizing products, razor blades, cuticle and acrylic nippers, pedicure tools, cuticle pushers, and nail brushes. Books and other reading materials are nonrefundable unless packaged in the original shrink wrap. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our return policy.
  • We are not able to accept any returns or exchanges due to health and safety codes.
  • Delivery charges paid by you will not be refunded. Products which are given free, as part of an offer, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the full offer is returned.
