Chisel powder used with Chisel Nail Art 3D Stamps
1. Use Base coat on nail to create a solid base
2. Using a Chisel powder, use a broom batter or directly dip the nail into the dough
3. Use Chisel Nail Art Stamp (close the art form) to cut the 3D image as you like
4. Using Top coat helps to protect the powder and create shine for the nail.
